The Utah State Board of Education administrative rule 53G-6-806 (4) requires that school districts provide parents, teachers, principals, and other professional staff within the LEA with information about various resources to families in the public education system. The information on the parent portal includes accommodations, assessments and testing, school meal programs, school fees and waivers, SOEP: online learning, parent rights, student success guides, career and technical education, school comparison tool, how to report a concern, and more.
