Each full-time regular (an employee contracted for 30 hours or more per week) employee, who is summoned to serve on a jury or required by subpoena to appear as a witness, shall be entitled to the difference between his or her regular compensation and compensation fees received for court duty or as a witness.
Effective date of required contracted hours is July 1, 2013.
