BOARD RELATIONSHIP WITH BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR: 1225
- The Board of Education (Board), the Superintendent, and the Business Administrator together form the leadership of the District. The Board governs, the Superintendent administers, and the Business Administrator conducts the financial management of the District. The leadership will work cooperatively to develop and further the mission, vision, and goals of the District. The Board employs and evaluates the Business Administrator and holds that person accountable for proper and prudent financial management of the District. The Board delegates authority to the Business Administrator to manage the finances of the District to support the vision, mission, goals, and policies of the District. The Business Administrator works under the direction of the Superintendent. (see U.C.A. § 53G-4-302 and § 53G-4-303).
