Mr. Harwood has been a police officer for over 30 years and really enjoys working with the youth in our community. Mr. Harwood and his wife Lori have 4 children and 11 grandchildren. Being a grandpa is his favorite thing! He is a youth court advisor for the North Sevier Youth Court.
