Funding was utilized to pay salaries and benefits for Instructional Assistants supporting the Tier II Flex Group program at Pahvant Elementary, a key component of our Response to Intervention (RTI) framework. These assistants provided targeted reading and mathematics support, assisted with Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) initiatives, and delivered social skills guidance to maximize effective instructional time for all students. Additionally, an IXL Math subscription was acquired to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. The plan was implemented as written.
