Add Action Steps and Expenditures:
1. Hire 7-8 IAs to work with students in classrooms and small groups in ELA and
Mathematics
Backup Plan
-
IAs are hourly employees, and because of this, if they take leave, those funds will remain in our budget. This could leave a portion of the funding being unused. For this reason, we are adding a contingency for this funding. Additional funds in this area can be used to purchase additional teaching supplies such as software and supplemental technology supplies that tie directly to our goal. As well as to pay teachers for common planning time above contractual time.
2. We will support our Arts Programs as it supports our math curriculum:
- We will use the funds to hire a part-time music specialist.
3. Refocus Coordinator(s)
- Hire part-time support staff to improve the social, emotional, and academic well-being of our students.
- Related training expenses
4. We will purchase reading and Math Software programs and Materials to support our
RTI process.
