- Current Trust Lands Budget (estimated distribution for 2018-19 year is $55,000.00 =Instructional assistant salaries and benefits, support struggling learners, assist students in meeting reading and math goals, and make available Professional Development opportunities for teachers in research-based reading, math, and writing instructional practices. Continue to use funds to cover partial salaries for the art teacher and counselor)
We had some carry over from last year. Also, $2,000.00 to help pay for Art teacher (each classroom gets 40 min. per week). $5,000.00 to help pay for Cliff Whatcott (counselor at each Elementary). Parents sign approval form to receive counseling at school. I.A. salaries we feel our school benefits so much from the extra help . Typing Pal about $600.00 for site license to increase keyboarding skills in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.
- Next Years Trust Lands Budget=Primarily used for Instructional Assistants salaries and benefits and above items
- Review of the current school year and upcoming activities including: SAGE, DIBELS, iReady, Utah Compose, STAR tutors, RTI reading before and during school, and math RTI during school. Data Gateway/ Schoolwide reforms/highly qualified teachers/Professional Development Plan/recruitment and retention of Highly qualified Teachers/Parent Involvement/Transition from early childhood programs to local elementary school programs/Use of Assessments/Students who experience difficulty mastering academic achievement standards/Coordination of Budgets (federal, state, local fund)
- Digital citizenship/white ribbon week Apr. 2-6th/ Brandon Harrison will
present Net Safety assembly K-2 and 3-5 grades.
- PLC - 6 times per year to review data, identify students who experience
difficulty, and make sure students are all served during RTI (response to intervention in math/reading). Programs will remain the same for next year. Teachers can now start to use Canvas to report grades in 5th grade and 4th grade will begin next year.
- Roster signatures and approval of budget/plans.

Suggestion: Spelling Bee in the library at the end of the year. PTO helps
pay for the trophies and organize it.
