The Sevier School District designates the following items as Directory Information: Student name, address, telephone number, date and place of birth, major interests in school, participation in school-sponsored activities, weight and height of members of athletic teams, grade in school, dates of attendance, diplomas and awards received, most recent school attended, photograph, and the name of the parent or guardian with whom the child resides. The district may disclose any of these items for noncommercial purposes without prior written consent, unless notified in writing to the contrary by September 1 of each year.
